Good Gardening

Notice in the Gospel today, it's not the stale branch that needs pruning, but the one that already bears fruit ... not as punishment, but so that it can bear MORE FRUIT. Pruning is done by God, but needs to be understood well so that we truly grow from it. So here's a test: How many times can you think of when God purified you - and you grew from it?
