Holy Spirit!

Today we'll go to the first reading. When the apostles burst out of the upper room and started preaching, people were "confused, because each one heard them speaking in his own language." The power of the Holy Spirit is the power of God's love to break down barriers. Too often, we ourselves are the greatest obstacle between us and others. With the Holy Spirit's burning love, we can set ourselves and our likes and preferences aside, and suprise others by reaching out to them in their own language.
